drop-in yoga class
Drop-in classes are the living heart of Yoga Mandir, welcoming everyone —— whether new to yoga or experienced. Set against the backdrop of nature’s own soundtrack, with birdsong and gentle wildlife sounds, each session feels deeply rooted in the landscape.
With roots in traditional Hatha Yoga principles, we thoughtfully use props like wooden blocks, bolsters, ropes, belts, and chairs to safely nurture strength and flexibility. Each class invites practitioners into a deeper connection with their practice, as cues and mindful adjustments reveal the unique alignment and impact of each asana on the body. Together, we learn and grow through shared practice, closing each session with centering breathwork.
